The interior of the hotel was very pleasing to the eye, with a great design and beautiful decor. the location of the hotel was prime, situated in a central area with easy access to nearby attractions and activities. Lastly, the staff were accommodating and friendly, providing wonderful customer service.
My New Year's stay was dampened by the fact that the hotel did not provide the amenities that were advertised, specifically the supposed spa services. there were communication issues regarding spa hours and availability.

The location of the hotel was perfect for my business trip as it was situated close to the city center and other local establishments. the staff was friendly and accommodating, making my stay much more comfortable.
The noise from the street was quite disturbing and made it difficult to get a good night's rest. the breakfast options were limited, and I had to order to exact time without a choice of what I wanted.
